  23. I made a reply to your mail, but the reply bounced.  Unfortunatly, the bounce
  24. has been purged out of my email base so I cannot resend it.  Please understand
  25. that we try to reply to all mail we get, with can sometimes take 1-3 weeks
  26. due to a high load of email.  Email about major problems are usually answered
  27. right away, but we have to make priorities.
